normal chin up bar…then hook some resistance bands on the bar then stand on the bands. that’ll help. not as good as the machine tho

i think its the weight you put on the machine, taken from your weight when your doing the pull up so your not actually lifting your own weight

yeah u do these without a break. its only for 4 minutes, thats about as long as a song goes so pick a good motivating one! I guess if your just starting out till positive failure would do. Just keep the form and the more controlled you are the better your workout

haha theres one plyometric in part1 the whatever the name that ppl jumps up to a box and step off gently cool didnt know plyos only make u jump higher but lose fats as well
