usually when they dry them they add other stuff to it, so make sure there not.. limit your carbs is the main thing to get or keep the six pack.. lots of sugars in fruit.. and you really dont need it.. just stick to your apples oranges and bannanas.. but then again everythings ok in moderation..

Say you figure out with basal metabolism+ activity level that you need 2800 cal/day. A sensible caloric deficit would be anywhere from 300-500 cal, perhaps more but not too long to avoid slower metabolism and muscle catabolism. Say carb/pro/fats ratio is 50/30/20, that’s 300g of carbs for 2400 cal. Cycling means cut that amount by 50% or so for 2-3 days and eat 300 or slightly more on 3rd or 4th day. Tapering means decreasing carbs at each meal so that 5th-6th small meal veggies only no starches
Hi topetiu, congrats on your fatloss. Smart thing to lose slowly like you have. Do you have any idea what your bodyfat % is? For abs to show it needs to be around 10-12, perhaps lower. Take a break from diet 1 week every 8-10 weeks, don’t pig out though. If you measure your fat % frequently and find it’s not going down or not fast enough( fat should not be lost at a higher rate than 2 pounds a week) you could manipulate your carbs intake, i.e. through carb cycling and/or carb tapering. read on

He’s right about the fruits. I was eating a lot of fruits one time and had a difficult time getting rid of my gut.
its hard to tell because you dont mention your body fat %. That is key. I could be 6 feet and weight 150 pounds, but if i have a bf% over 15 i wont see abs. You have to work on increasing lean muscle mass and cutting out the fat in seperate phases. Abs are not easy to obtain. Make sure its a goal that you feel is worth it. Im 20 and still working for those abs, if i dont get there by 22 I will officially quit
I have lost in a period of two years over 70 pounds. the only thing that worked was exercising every day and watching the carbs. I´m 6´0 tall, started at 267 pounds and now I´m at 193…but I have NO 6 PACK YET, I don´t know what to do to get the 6 pack. It seems impossible I watch the fat and caloric intake of my foods, jog 3 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week, What the hell I´m doing wrong?
