Different things work for different people. This is what obviously has worked wonderfully for her. I myself am opposite. I only serve myself a portion and sometimes don’t even finish it. But that is what just works for me. I wouldn’t go in the closet either LOL.

If I put a lot of food on my plate, I would feel I have to eat it all. I only feel like something that is small is not enough is if there is 10 more just sitting there.

Today I went to Louisville, KY (for work) and looked for a “Whole Foods” store. We got sushi, fruit, yogert (didnt’ care for it), and I got the armanian cheese you had on a few weeks ago. SOOOOO good

I think something you said in this comment touches on something in me which I will address later in my journey. Thank you.
I think we are very different because I sure wouldn’t want to fill my plate with more food than I know I don’t need. I would also stay out of the closet.

I am completely free of mental restraints with food and weight loss.
