Birth control pills tend to make you carry a lot of water weight, so no matter how much you exercise, you’re not going to lose it. You could look into something like SlimQuick which is geared toward females and focuses on reducing water weight (whether this is healthy to do while on birth control, you’d have to check with your doctor). You could actually be carrying up to 15lbs in water weight, so it’s a decision you’d have to make, whether you want to stay on the pill or be taken off of it and be able to lose that weight.
