I’m planning on doing an hour and a half workout 3 times a week, eat healthier/less, for two months. My goal is to lose 15 pounds in that two months. However, its been a week since, and I’ve been losing 2 pounds, then after eating lunch or dinner, gaining that Cheap Female Viagra 2 pounds back. I feel like I’ll never be able to lose weight!! my doctor said that all the weight you gain from birth control is mostly water weight.
so i was thinking about taking the water pills to get rid of that weight. and she also said that right now it will be harder to lose regular weight with out getting rid of the water weight first, so i think that would make sense. right?
give me your input please because i really need to know what to do. thanks :)

i am trying to lose weight and I have to start taking this birth control b/c of another medication im about to start. Accutane. Has anyone ever been able to still lose weight while taking birth control? if so, how do you do it? Im afraid that i will just gain weight even if im trying to lose it b/c of this birth control (yasmin). Any opinions?
