Diet Colas, Weight Control, and Soda Substitutes?

I’m wanting to keep my weight under control so I’ve started eating better and cutting back on soft drinks but I still have an occassional diet soda. If counting calories is an appropriate way to lose weight then would drinking diet colas help weight loss (even if they’re bad for you) sine they have 0 calories? Also what are some good substitutes for diet colas that don’t contain many calories Order Generic Amoxil Online without Prescription or artifical sweeteners and help in losing weight other than water? I’m looking for something nice to snack on at work and take with meals instead of popping a few quarters in the machine that’s 2 feet in front of my work area. Thank you.

Selzer/sparkling water, preferably with lemon or lime.
My doctor said that if I must drink a soda, Diet Rite was preferable.
Snack on high-protein foods like
boiled eggs, nuts, good quality beef jerky, cottage cheese.
Have you tried carbonated water — like perrier (there are much cheaper kinds)? I find that although normal water (like tap water or desani) isn’t enough with meals, that cabonated water is. No calories and much better taste.
Also there are some soft drinks that are essentially fruit juice and carbonated water. They usually only have about 60 calories for a 12 oz. can instead of the 150+ of soda.
Check the amount of Sodium in the sodas you’re drinking. Sodium is holding a lot of water in your body, therefore, you’re heavier. If you’re drinking something with caffeine, at least you’re drinking a diuretic, so you’ll lose some of that water weight. Still, you’re consuming more caffeine than you may need. I drink water with lemon and lime in it (REAL lemons and limes, not the bottled trash), so I’m not getting any extra caffeine, but I am drinking diuretics, and the vitamins and minderals that the citrus fruit has. That’s only one small, but important, clue to consider when trying to lose weight. God Bless you.
there is the chinese soft drinks it is not carbonated and it is small I dont think it has much calories or the japanese drinks they are good
