Hey! You said something really cool..”everybody eats whatever”…how about you do the same…but only the foods designed by nature to build your body, rather than destroy it. My job is just to point and gently guide you along the way. Try watching the Lesson 3&4 Clips…and then watch one of the Mental Vitamin clips(an older one) to recharge. Then the very next day lets mix and match ONLY the weekly cardio clips that you can safely do for 30-45 mins, ok?~ahmad

I am having boxing sessions workout in our local gym, and I can tell you these are the type of cardio we do.
I confirm that you’d lose fat fast, and you gain strength too. also, I recommend do it with a group, and among fit people, it makes it easier.

lawd if you were my personal trainer you would get me pumped off your music choices alone! I almost *kilt* myself on the treadmill today listening to Bodied by Beyonce!! Music gets me too hyped up and i start thinking im the bionic woman or sumthin!! lololozzz
