huh? why so much 20kilos ? that means you must atleast weigh what 100 kgs? ive lost i dunno 13 kgs since 6months ago im down to 82 if your a man which im guessing you are you really dont need to go below 85 imo thats to much anorexia and i dont even think 95 kgs was that heavy lol but the 13 kgs was good enough for me
the only thing streching does is relax ur muscles gettin ready for the work out while warming them up at the same time. if you notice most people yawn or swing there arms its becuz the relaxation in the arms gets to them

holy crap, i tried these, my freaking quadriceps and hamstrings are on fire. damn they feel like their going to get a cramp any second, and i stretched pretty good. any tips to avoid this pain?
@inshape4u Nall I mean just jump roping regulary. I mean is it safe to do it everyday? I finally can jump rope 5 minutes without stopping but my calfs are starting to get sore, I been doing it everyday.
I dont know about JR intervals unless you do it for 20 seconds on and 20 sec rest where you stop and do it maybe 3-4 times a week
