I’m currently doing interval cardio, weight training, and very healthy diet. My starting out body was worse than yours (around 28% body fat) so I’m wondering what your fat percentage is because I want to get to what you are now.

Hey i been doin mma (cage fighting for about a year now and boxing 4 years before that and i lost a ton of upper ab fat and gained muscle in my back but no luck with the last bit of stubborn lower ab fat and chest fat and lower back how did you get rid of the last bit? (i started eliminating carbs from my diet and taking protein shakes (not mass gainers) just protein shakes that tone muscles and repair them helping you to get more cut) any extra things i should do? and if possible please
