A true no carb diet would be all meat and cheese which is what part of the Atkins is, and its unhealthy. Atkins incorporates vegetables later in the diet but most people dont make it that far. U end up eating everything but refined grains and losing weight you kept on by fueling your body with the sugar (glucose) diet that refined grains end up turning into in ur body. Eat as much as you want of what a cave man would eat and follow the glycemic load diet. Easiest weight you’ll ever lose.
One thing people FAIL to realize is that vegetables, legumes, AND pretty much ANYTHING that grows has a “sugar” molecular structure and is called a “carb”. (That’s how we get ethanol BTW), The stupid Atkins diet has everyone believing that if you dont eat any refined grain that melts right into your bloodstream that you are on a “NO CARB” diet and its unhealthy. WRONG.
I love this vid, and he’s almost right. You will lose weight on any diet as long as you’re eating less than your body burns up. However, you will not lose fat on every type of diet. Body fat isn’t the only energy source your body’s able to use, so on the wrong diet (low fat, low calorie for example) you will just end up storing fat and burning glucose and muscle all the time.

now wat are u really tryin to say in this video? coz ur explanation was well but to me there was that message to not eat carbs,no bread no pasta n stuff like that but truthfully i want to find a way of eating that i can follow my whole life so i will in NO way cut out bread n pasta forever…for no weight imagineable lol

Dudes, Eat Oats..Look the data..Carbs 61 g sugar 1g..eat whole grain. go to gym and workout like a soldier..p90x will do. Thanks sean

People are doing this all the time, I adjusted my diet big time recently but crashes like this are still happening to me so I need to do some fine tuning !
There are essential fatty acids, essential amino-acids, but not such a thing as essential carbohydrates. Human can totally live on a ZERO carbohydrate diet (of course when eating the right things). Your body will get all its energy from the other dietary sources and even your brain wont have any problem, 3/4 of its energy will come from ketones and the rest from protein through gluconeogenesis.
So as long as you’re eating a big amount of fat and Enough protein u dont need a gram of carb.
I heard that not eating carbs can be unhealthy, I don’t know who to belive, not even the experts agree. I did the no carb thing and I did lose weight fast, but I suspect some of that was muscle loss.

yes ur very right. I have left carbs and its been a week. I am not craving any sugar so far and my evergy level is high. Carb is the real devil.

Yep, grains are not made for us, we are no made to eat them AT ALL but amazingly is the biggest portion that pyramid?, 60% of our diet should come from it… Smart people, aren’t they?

You know what’s funny? Nutricionist saying Dietary fat makes you fat cause 1gr is 9cal while 1gr of carbs is 4cal… Yep hehe try eating 40 grams of carbs (a can of coke?) or 20 grams of fat, wait 5 hours after which one you are so hungry that you would eat 3 big mac orders? xD
