Shedding weight will be a problem when you experience the dreaded dieting plateau. The fact is that not all additional weight is body fat. You will flush out up to twenty lbs by taking the latest supplement which cleans the pipes. There is a risk free trial offered at I have not tested it however my cousin has – she shed 17 lbs so possibly this is the magic tablet which really does have an effect!!
lots of water lots even when your not thirsty drink more and more water my uncle lost 30 pounds in like 4 month by drinking water water and more water
eat healthy • exercise reguarly
go for a 30 min run a day
eat sensibly and dont eat the things you shouldnt be eating
count calories at
consume 1200-1500 a day
or 250-500 less than you usually do
keep a journal of what you eat in a day
exercise, exercise, exercise!
Do lots of exercise, and not just walking or jogging. to effectively use all muscles is the best way to lose weight to stop overuse injuries. try cycling, swimming, other sports. Try not to treat yourself too much over the next three months, but dont give up fatty foods either, life is about balance.
don’t eat any junk food! ( you will live!) Take long walks everyday don’t overdo your dinner. Eat healthy food. If you get hungry drink water till your stomach is full.
hope i helped
it’s quite practical to loose 25 pounds in 3 months. the first thing i would suggest you do is invest some money into getting body fat calipers, what they do is measure the percentage of body fat that makes up your total weight. once you know the amount (in pounds) subtract that from your total weight this gives a rough average of how much lean muscle mass you have. It is a known fact that each pound of muscle burns about 13 calories daily (without you having to do anything) so if you multiply your lean muscle mass by 13 it gives you the amount of calories you have to eat to maintain your current weight. the rest is simple you want to cut your calorie intake by a safe amount (i would suggest by 500). With this diet alone you would be losing about a pound a week add in exercise and you could lose from 2 to 3 pounds a week which gurantee the results you are looking for.
