It is a known fact that each pound of muscle burns about 13 calories daily (without you having to do anything) so if you multiply your lean muscle mass by 13 it gives you the amount of calories you have to eat to maintain your current weight. the rest is simple you want to cut your calorie intake by a safe amount (i would suggest by 500). With this diet alone you would be losing about a pound a week add in exercise and you could lose from 2 to 3 pounds a week which gurantee the results you are looking for.</description>
