How much weight do you have to lose to go a clothing size down?

Buy Accutane title=’lose weight’ alt=’lose weight’ />Well, i really want this shirt. But it doesnt have it in my size. So im trying to lose weight to be able to buy it. (I’ve been wanting to lose weight for awile). So how much weight do you have to lose to go a clothing size down? 2 clothing size down? 3 clothing size down?

Its usually 10-20 pounds per size.

Generally 6-8lb per inch and for sizes 00-8 it’s 1 inch per size. Sizes 8-14 it’s 1.5 inches per size and sizes 14 plus it’s 2 inches per size.

My experience seems to be about the same as the other responders before me. 10 pounds loss got me from waist 34 to 33. I want to get to 32 so I guess that’s another 10 pounds. Bummer!

It really depends. For most people it’s about 10 pounds per size. But if you want to look good in whatever you wear, you need to have a healthy diet that can last long term rather than few days or weeks.
