Hmmmmm like…. 40 pounds. But your close friends would probably notice if you lost like 5 lol.
i think it depends on how tall you are. I’m 5’9″ and I was 275 lbs. I’m now 160 lbs and people will say to me “you look different, did you cut your hair?”
It’s very frustrating after all of my hard work.

And to my amazement I enjoyed it without having to change my boxer shorts and “kamiseta”. And to think, I was able to exercise even if it was raining outside.
I thought of writing about it after I’ve been doing this regimen for quite sometime. I have to make sure it serves its purpose without giving me the muscle aches from the twisting that you have to do. I do few twists in the morning with my sit-ups before I take a bath then my full routine in the afternoon alternating it with my walking exercise and swimming. Again… no more excuses that it is raining or the usual excuse “that my knees hurt when I walk”….

It depends on your starting weight. If you weigh 350, it’s doubtful that anyone will notice a 10 lb drop. But for a 140 lb woman, 10 lbs make a huge difference. My best answer is that if you lose 10% of your body weight, it will definitely be noticed.
