Wow I’m glad im one of the lucky people, I counted my calories yesterday, and it was like any other day.
I take 4200 calories daily but I’m skinny

I know it is… but you have to be careful. If your maintain is 2600 or your maintain is 1800, it does not matter, you should never drop below 1200 – and if your maintain IS 2600 like you calculated, you REALLY shouldn’t go below about 1300-1500/day.

Well, I’ve lost 33lbs since April. Almost exactly 9 months ago I need to lose another 15-20lbs. I’m wanting to take it to the next level, today i ate 800 calories, not including dinner.

If that’s what the test said, then you should be eating 1600-2100 calories to lose weight in a healthy way. NEVER drop below 1300 at your weight.

Hey, I did a test online, and it said I’m suppose to be eating 2600 calories, to lose 20lbs in 4months. I’m thinking of going between 1000-1500 calories. What do you think Antishay!!
