The big one is 70lb/32kg, for juggling with behind the back release we normally use 35lb/16kg and 44lb/20kg.
That Was Awesome! I just started and Loving it. What is the lb’s you were using in the video?
Great job, congratulations. Throwing the KB that much also strenghtens your ligaments and joints, which is very important when you get older.
because of this guy i decided to get 1 for my 15 birthday and i love it
shit that guy’s strong.
Great work! Watch your form! Keep your free hand away from your leg!
You are the MAN! way to go.
The biggest one is 70 lb / 32 kg
its funny how your video inspired me to get me a kettle bell…but i have to ask wat was the weight of the biggest one u were using?
Its all relative. Id say I work out at about 80% – 90% intensity in a maintenance mode and I still improve constantly. But, again, kettle bells are a drug of some kind – they are very addictive and you will enjoy every workout, you would not have to force yourself like with just lifting weights.
@MagusJoseph
These things are way better than dumbells. Trust me pal. If my boney ass can get strength gains, anyone can!
Are these strength gains permanent?
For example if i start out with 35lb then go up to 70lb will i keep that strength even if i do not work out as intense?
Thanks you’ve inspired me to go and get a kettlebell and get into shape.
let me tell you all about how fun it is the 1st and ONLY time you accidently hit your shin doing this.
I nearly feinted.
After that I became an ACE at Kettle tosses, hahahahaha.
Kettlebells are ace. Got a good 20kg one for xmas and combined with my regular workout im gasping and nearly puking up after training with them . Very good for cardio and functional and core strength . i cant wait to buy a weighted vest and do kettlebell exercises with it on . I think it will be interesting . Youtube is also gr8 for exercise ideas!!

Wow. You’re strength really increased. Did you find the 35 lb difficult at first? (I am using these right now)
How much has you bench press, or overall strength increase? How much could yopu juggle now?
What books, program do you suggest i get? Where can i get the program online?
I want to be like you man. You are my inspiration!
Dudue, your awesome! I’m starting a kettlebell routine tomorrow for boxing. Glad to see it can be fun as well as effective! Cheers and Keep going strong!

Great work Fedor!!!
“Do you dare to try?”
Uhhhhh…. As much as I’d love to, I’d probably end up having it land on my foot or getting bonked on the head(ow)
That would be just my luck.
Impressive you made it look so easy. I be afraid of busting my foot with one of those balls.
