btw… nice video cyber… i have been reading up on these negative calorie foods and i almost got fooled by em too! lol! its just changing ur life style from fatty/unhealthy foods to healthier ones!
i soo agree with the initial water weight loss! maan i think i had a lot of it cause i am not losing as much weight now as i did before…. only 2lb in the last 30 days, other wise before that i was losing like 1.56lbs per week! well i am also not doing daily cardio now, though i was doing it regularly like playing squash in the time before november…
