most of the most succesful bodybuilders actually do this type of cardio. but i guess thats cause they cant afford to lose any muscle.

Lol this answers my question. Last year I use to do around 126 pushes in a row and now I can only do around 81. I did a lot of Cardio last year and this year I am doing a lot of weight lifting. Sucks I found this information now =/

i jog at a fast pace(almost running) for 10 min and then do about 1.5 – 2 hours of weight training and then jog again for 10 min at the end of my workout + i also walk for 5 min at the end after my jog to cool down
is this workout ok?

You wanna get ripped? Eat 1 meal a day.
But what you probably don’t know is that Vince was a long-distance runner all through his college days before he built muscle. He knew from experience that slow steady cardio is not the most effective way to burn fat. Plus, he has an honors Kineseology degree, so he’s a real personal trainer. You gonna argue with that?

the only way u can get 6 pack is cardio
do sprints dont jog thats why you see lots of fat people jogging and no fat people doing sprints

I weigh 190 pounds atm and I workout 4 times a week.
I run for 35 mins and then focus on 1-1.5 hr of weights..
I think my fat loss is okay.
this is funny.. looking fit is great and everything but more or less i wanna feel fit. and add years on my life which is all possible with excersise.. a mix of cardio and weights for me.. if i dont work out i tend to feel worse..and not at the prime of how i could be feeling energy and health wise
What hes says about weight training is true but cardio if done properly is better. If you want to lose weight fast than burn off more calories than you take in(helps if you don’t eat too many) since once your bodies run out of calores to burn your body will start to break down fat for energy. Only once your body has no more fat will it startto break down lean muscle for energy, so don’t worry about losing muscle mass!
Hes not even talking entirely about cardio man, do some research before you say something retarded. Hes talking about muscle training or strength training. Hes saying you cant just rely on cardio not that makes you more efficient, hes debunking it.
Hey shit head you burn 300 cals per hour on a treadmill ect. but 1 POUND of muscle burns 30-50 cals an hour everyday. NONSTOP! [E.G. 50 x 1= 50; 50 x 24 hrs = 1200] Even if you only burned 20 cals an hour from 1 lb of muscle you’d still lose more than just cardio alone.
THE TRUTH IS YOU NEED BOTH and not one or the other. If its true that targeting one area doesnt work, then why would targeting one type of exercise work better?
hahaha what a stupid comment ”the more cardio u do the more efficient ur body becomes. so is he trying to say the body is gonna stop burning fat simply because its used to it lol, the body simply burns ur body fat because it doesnt get enough energy out of ur calorie intake (food) so it has to burn an additional amount of calories using ur body fat ,this happens during an exercise where ur heart rate is raised up. hahaha so he’s basically saying ur body will use AIR for fuel.
