How can I lose weight fast, without taking any pills or drugs?
I’m concerned about my health. I’m very unhealthy and overweight. Its not so much what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my health is. My mother has diebeties, and if I’m going to keep myself from getting it, I need to lose weight.

ok you can stop eating 3 hours before you head to bed increase water stop eating all carbs and also stop eating sugar replace sugar with fruits and get a out door hobbie
plenty of vegatebles i was once 220.lbs i ate lots of fruits and vegatables every 3hours and stop eating at 7pm i am now 170 and still going down all in 6 months exercise 3 tines a week no supliments
u could run,jog,walk,drink lots of water,in the simmer u could swim join a sports taem or just eat salad every day.
Eat vegetables, lean meats fruits drink plenty of water and exercise
Make sure you eat healthy and exercise. You can try walking and biking more. It works really well, to lose weight that way, especially during the spring/summer. Good luck losing weight!
You to eat healthier foods and work out. slow situps, yoga, gymmastics, tae kwon do, tennis, pushups, etc. DON’T EVER EAT LESS!!!!!!!! YOUR BODY WILL BALANCE YOU!!! for example if you ate 500 calories in one day, your body would lose 500 calories but if you ate 300 calories then your body will lose 300 calories. It will not help. If you eat heal their foods, then it will confuse your body because after it takes out the calories, the rest of the nutrients don’t add up to your fat but to your body…hoped this helped ^^
